Martin Raxton is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic portfolio and program management. He has demonstrated expertise in delivering programs that drive revenue growth, enhance organizational efficiency, and introduce innovative technologies, all while achieving measurable impacts on profit and loss. Martin has a track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives across large and mid-cap companies, aligning them with mission goals and operationalizing market concepts for enterprise-level growth.

One of Martin's notable career achievements includes spearheading the development of a cloud-based global guest reservation platform deployed across 5,700 properties at IHG. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in increasing online bill payments usage by 18% at Bank of America and approving over 100 zoning variances in the City of Douglasville, Georgia, leading to the creation of 1,200 new jobs.

Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Martin is deeply committed to community service and leadership.
